Terms of Services

I- BEFORE COMMISSIONING●Paypal, throne and Only €euro or $usd Accepted●The client must provide me with all the necessary information to complete the commission. This includes the deadline you wish●The client must pay 50% or 100% of the commission when sending the sketch! The remaining 50% will be paid once the commission is completed. I will send the commission with a watermark, and once the other 50% is received, I will send the image without the watermark●No refunds under any circumstance. If you’ve already paid the first 50%, I will send the colored sketch of the commission. If you paid 100%, I will simply finish it, even if it's still in the sketch stage●I reserve rights to use the drawing for my commission examples / portafolio/ record a speedpaint and post it to my social media●You are free to tell me to do no post the drawing in my social medias!●I have the right to reject a commission for any reason●In case of commercial use, there will be an additional +100% of the final commission price●My drawings can not be use for any kind of AI trainning, NFT or any kind of crypto related●YOU CANNOT remove my signature from the drawing●In case of be used for merch (including prints) must let me know firstII - DURING THE COMMISSION●Be okay i'll be constantly sending you message for any question i have to confirm you're okay with the process of the drawing.III- COMPLETED COMMISSION●Commissions will be sent to either the client's Discord or e-mail in high-resolution, in the form of a PNG.●The client CAN use the drawing except for commercial uses while that proper credit is given to me.●The client cannot, under any circumstances, delete my signature from the finished piece.NSFW CONDITIONS:●NSFW commissions are accepted only if they involve original characters (OCs) or fictional characters, provided that:●The character is of public/fictional nature (not based on real individuals without consent).●The character is clearly of legal age and does not possess child-like or underage physical traits.●These may include partial or full nudity, but I do not create explicit pornographic scenes with real individuals or copyrighted characters.●If the requested artwork involves another person’s character or likeness, written permission from that person is required.●NSFW commissions involving multiple characters will only be accepted if all parties provide consent.●Under no circumstances will I create NSFW artwork depicting minors, characters with child-like appearances, or any subject that could be reasonably interpreted as underage.●By commissioning me, you are accepting these terms.
